AOO and if required it is usually brought in through the system cairo.
We don't even carry libpng in the dependency list.

Updating this library is mostly innocuous but considering
CVE-2015-8540 it is convenient to keep our copy updated JIC.

the 0.9.8 series. Newer versions are bigger and consequently
have a bad security record.

In general it's a bad practice to bring new features/fonts under
a Category B license: in this case we do it purely for compatibility
with other office suites and we apply the regular rules for Category B.

This is specially interesting as it is metrically compatible with
MS Cambria.

While here sort out some issues:
- Sadly, we don't really carry an equivalent for "Arial Narrow".
