Add a "referer" property to SfxObjectShell::CallXScript() and trust macros explicitly requested by the user

Scripts check their "Referer". Menu choices always set a trusted "Referer".

XMultiServiceFactory is deprecated, we use XComponentContext now. Also
use the cppuhelper factory wrappers instead of custom code.

XSingleComponentFactory::createInstanceWithArgumentsAndContext()
throws an Exception, not a RuntimeException. This was causing
an abort on FreeBSD when "No" is clicked in the Java dialog,
as JavaComponentLoader::activate() throws a
CannotActivateFactoryException which is a subclass of Exception
but not RuntimeException, and the scripting ProviderCache wrongly
catches only RuntimeException. The missed CannotActivateFactoryException
was going to unexpected(), which calls abort()...

conservative settings.

Still more porting work may be required and any regression
with the default Python 2.7.3 should be considered a bug.

removed on 3.x so it's a good time to replace it. The
ast module was introduced in Python 2.5 so this will cause
trouble if using very old versions of system python.

While here run the python reindent tool on the adjacent
files.
