Add apr, apr-util, and serf to main/RepositoryExternal.mk where they belong.
For GNOMEVFS and GIO, use the CFLAGS and LIBS detected by ./configure
instead of trying to rediscover them like the dmake makefiles did.

Don't link to uwinapi as that causes a build error
in xml2cmp on Windows. Also link to stl as not having

appears on Linux, not FreeBSD.
Linking is one-pass, using symbols exported by libraries to resolve
missing symbols in previous, but *NOT* subsequent, objects (including
libraries). This means the order libraries are given to the linker
does matter, because symbols missing in latter objects cannot be
satisfied by former objects.
Static libraries should be therefore be linked to before dynamic
libraries, as static libraries cannot specify dependencies on dynamic
libraries, yet might need symbols from them.
This should fix the main/slideshow build problem on Linux.
Only Linux has been tested. The other platforms are guessed.

On Linux, building without --enable-dbgutil causes linking failures
in GoogleTests in main/binaryurp with missing pthread symbols.
The original cause is that ext_libraries/test's libgtes
On Linux, building without --enable-dbgutil causes linking failures
in GoogleTests in main/binaryurp with missing pthread symbols.
The original cause is that ext_libraries/test's libgtest.so is
built without libpthread.so linked, which is what this commit fixes
(or rather hacks around; not sure why that happens).
There must also be a proximal cause in main/binaryurp's tests,
as they link with --enable-dbgutil even without this commit, and
can be made to link even without --enable-dbgutil by changing the
OSL_DEBUG_LEVEL define in the compiler options from 0 to 1 (this
doesn't however cause any changes in the preprocessed source file,
so I haven't been able to debug it further).
This should hopefully get the Linux buildbots working again.

Add some "Revision" svn keywords.
