Filter Set the criteria for filtering the list of changes on the List tab.

Date Filters the list of changes according to the date and the time that you specify. Set Date/Time Icon Enters the current date and time into the corresponding boxes. Author Filters the list of changes according to the name of the author that you select from the list. Range Filters the list of changes according to the range of cells that you specify. To select a range of cells in your sheet, click the Set Reference button (...). Select the range of cells that you want to use as a filter. Set Reference Icon Select the range of cells that you want to use as a filter. Shrink/Max Icon Select the range of cells that you want to use as a filter, and then click this button to return to the filter list. Action Filters the list of changes according to the type of change that you select in the Action box. Comment Filters the comments of the changes according to the keyword(s) that you enter. You can also use regular expressions (wildcards) when you filter the comments.
